2025 nominations
Award process: to nominate, you will need to create a login profile at our new Nominations Portal, accessed via the nominate here button above.
There are a total of 11 awards and nominations are a two-stage process.
- Stage one requires a brief reason for nomination (up to 300 words). Deadline for entry into the nominations process is 27 June 2025. Once your nomination(s) have been submitted, the nominator will receive an email confirmation. The nominee(s) will also receive an email outlining the next steps which will involve completing a submission form for all award categories. For more detailed information about the nomination process, please refer to our FAQs below.
- Stage two requires completion of a submission form. For all award categories, nominees will be sent an email containing a link to the submission form. Please fill out the form and return, as directed to uktech-awards@ford-sinclair.co.uk by 25 July 2025. To see samples of the submission forms, please refer to our FAQs below.
Details supplied in your submission along with other publicly available information will be assessed as part of the judging process. The Voting Panel will discuss and debate nominations on 25 September and the final shortlist will be announced on 26 September 2025.
eligibility
UK: Companies should either be headquartered in the UK, or have substantial management, control and ownership based in the UK and/or be listed in London.
tech: An eligible company for the UK tech awards will be one whose business growth and success is dependent on, or attributed to, the development of its technology. Eligible companies will have developed their IP and will be able to demonstrate significant innovation in the technology or its application. For the purposes of these awards, eligible companies could be involved in communications, electronic and digital technologies, biotech, medtech, fintech, govtech and/or cleantech.
2025 key dates
The period under review for all awards is from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025.
Tuesday 6 May 2025 – nominations open

Thursday 25 September 2025 – voting panel meeting
Friday 26 September 2025 – shortlist announced

FAQs
There are no costs to enter the UK tech awards.
Nominations should be made using our new Nominations Portal accessed via the nominate here button above. You will need to create a login profile and will be asked to verify your email address. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder for the verification email. Any details you provide as part of the nomination process will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy.
If you start by typing the name of the nominee, the field will auto-populate with the company name and the company registration number. Please also provide a brief reason for the nomination (up to 300 words).
If a company is not included but you believe it is eligible, please contact jo.thomas@ford-sinclair.co.uk.
When you have made up to three nominations in each category, please submit your nomination upon completion to ensure entry into the awards.
Upon submission, the nominator will be sent an email confirmation and the nominee(s) will be sent an email outlining the next steps. If you do not receive email confirmation after submitting your nomination form, please check your Junk/Spam folder first before contacting jo.thomas@ford-sinclair.co.uk.
